Find a cure for canker sores!

That......... my friend, will make you a rich woman {or man}.

What I wouldn't give to find relief. I've tried it all. Alum salt. Zilactin B. Potions and lotions...you name it.

Luckily they only appear if I happen to bite the fleshy parts of skin inside my mouth, eat something salty, spicy or tangy, or experience any kind of stress. So I only average 1, 2, 3..maybe 4 a month.

I've never had a cold sore, but cankers are the worst. Fortunately, I don't get them all that often. I usually just go the salt route.

I thought that Windex worked on cold sores. (Big Fat Greek Wedding reference)

My 10 year old son will put tobasco on a canker sore. He says it hurts like crazy for a few minutes then numbs it for a day.

I feel your pain! Peroxyl is what I use! Takes a few days, but works for me!

If I stay away from sour patch kids, I seem to avoid them!

Oh my gosh I hear you woman!! Cankers are THE WORST. The pain and discomfort they cause can be agonizing. I tend to get them when I stress out and don't sleep well, usually a few a year, with a really big terrible one about once a year. There's a kanker patch you can buy at the store that adheres over it for a few hours. It's not a cure but it does help.
