Saving Daylight

Can you really save daylight? Do they make jars that big?

As the days are naturally becoming longer, I'm enjoying it. My morning commute is no longer done in the shadows before dawn. I enjoy it however, with a heavy heart. As I know that daylight savings will soon be upon us -taking my morning light away and adding it to my evenings. *Sigh*

I never really have understood daylight savings. It {literally} takes months for my body, schedule and boys to adjust only to have it be time to do it again. Change the clocks, that is.

i know right..

i won't lie, i love when it stays light out longer... BUT, seriously.. what IS the point.. the days will get longer and longer anyhow w/out the help of the time changing..

I think daylight saving time had something to do with farmers and having more daylight to harvest...but I'm probably wrong. But one talent that I do have is being able to wake up when I need to. I think my body clock actually anticipates the time change and is ready, because on the morning of the change, I wake up the hour earlier (or later) that very morning. It's kinda weird...

Just think though, we're that much closer to summer and that's a good thing! I have so much more energy when it's light out and that morning sun makes it so much easier to get up. Hurry summer, hurry up and get here!

Daylight Savings is definitely frustrating. And I have been enjoying waking up when it is actually light outside. And now it will be dark again for a little while. Sigh.

I have been dreading daylight savings for about a month now. No idea how I am going to get my kids adjusted

I actually look forward to the time change. My body doesn't know the difference as it's always confused.

I am so over Daylight savings time, its for an agricultural society, not the internet age!

I heard this year Utah actually had a meeting up at the capitol about whether or not to keep daylight savings in effect. They voted to stick with it but I thought it was interested we were almost another Arizona. :)
