Well, I fell off that Wagon...

This weeks For Just One Week, lasted all of about 4 days. I caved somewhere around Thursday morning. I couldn't take it. I still can't figure out why the previous week was so easy. This week...not so much! I found temptation around every corner. I found myself thinking about it, until I gave in. I guess you can say "I drank my motivation" *sigh*.

I'm discouraged. Discouraged enough that I don't dare start anything for this week. I am sticking to the NO purses for a month, even if it kills me. Maybe I will use this week to clear my mind and start fresh NEXT WEEK (on the NO Soda)! Yeah, I will try that.

Quite frankly, I don't know how you managed to make it 4 days. I can barely make it through an hour.

Hey, it definitely happens.

Maybe you couldn't make it a week without soda because you didn't have any purses to console yourself with :)

Maybe you can find something easier to do for just one week. Something you KNOW you will accomplish.

It's okay though. Thank goodness we don't have to be perfect, eh?

I actually stopped drinking soda for a few months, but then I switched to diet coke with splenda.
I couldn't resist the temptation.

do you need to read "The Reason Mommy Drinks", again?

Josh always goes off sugar. He does no sugar for a few months, drops some weight, then caves and gorges on sugar. I guess it is one of those things that is really hard. (notice I didn't claim to have given anything up)

I think it's great you lasted until Thursday. I couldn't go without soda for even one day.

It's okay! I have been off pop for many years now and it definitely makes a difference. So don't give up cuz it's a worthy cause my friend! :)

Be kind to yourself, it's a new habit and taste to wean yourself from soda.

I know you can do it, next time!

I can't do it either, so don't feel bad. I look at it like this: it could be a much worse habit to have.
