We Survived!
>> Sunday, August 16, 2009
Not that I had any doubts, but we survived our first camping trip with our new trailer. We hit a few bumps in the road (i.e. SNOW -yes, I said S.N.O.W, a tricky heater situation, low water and the changing of a tire), but all was well! We are happy to be home, and saddened by the fact that we are unsure of when we will be able to do it again. I have posts coming up that will detail some of the fun -in detail. They, however will come a little later.

I'm glad you made it alive!
Glad you're back!
Snow??
glad ya'll had fun AND made it home safely!
I am glad that you survived. We barely did. We didn't get snow but a ton of rain. Good times.
I guess there are always bumps in the road the first time you use a new trailer (or tent, or heater, or whatever). I'm glad you made it back happy and in one piece.
Those kinds of trips are the ones your kids will remember. When I was a kid, we'd go camping up Farmington Canyon. We'd leave Sunday afternoon after church because my dad had Sundays and Mondays off. We didn't have a camper, though. Just a tent and a '76 Pinto, but that was pretty good for us.
Glad everything went relatively well and you had a good time!
SNOW???
Glad to hear you are home safe and sound!!
SNOW??? What? That is crazy! I am glad that you had a good time. I hope you got your heater working so you could all stay warm. I am sure your boys loved every minute (all three of them ;)
Take care!
again, SNOWW??? can't wait to hear the deets!
Welcome Home!! It sounds like everybody including the camper got a breaking in.
I heard a few places got snow. Thank goodness for more than a tent, but still super cold Im' sure
