Whenever my youngest requests a drink he follows his request up with "Don't Shake it". Um..Okay. I wasn't planning on it.
I want to know why my oldest insists on removing stickers from E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G. We don't even bother putting the decorative stickers on toys. He just peels them off.
I’m pretty sure the neighbors think I’ve lost it, as I sit on the front porch crocheting a blanket..in the heat of the summer. What?!? Christmas is coming! No rest for the weary. *I sit on the porch, so my kids can play outside. Not because I’ve totally fallen off my rocker. Not yet, anyways.*
I've decided that the wearing of makeup is a completely, and totally useless gesture in this dry heat, that I live in. I end up just melting anyways....
I often wonder...'What did we ever do before the internet'. People will ask me questions, if I don't know the answer I always tell them to "Google It".
I recently gave in to temptation and ordered myself Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookie Blizzard from Dairy Queen. Can you say DELICIOUS? I dare ya to try one!

At least he is removing stickers and not sticking them to things! My youngest is sticker crazy and will stick them to anything they'll stick to. Her bedroom mirror is so full of stickers that she can't use it for it's intended purpose.
We cleaned our houses, socialized in person and read encyclopedias back in the day of no internet. At least that's what I did.
I have had the thin mint ice cream by Edy's and that is most excellent.
Ohhh we haven't hit the sticker phase but Dade LOVES tape. I try to hide it but that cunning little devil finds it every time. I'm not a very good hider I guess.
I'm with you on the makeup! I wear mineral makeup so it's not as bad, but still useless the minute you walk outside.
I finished Emmett's blessing blanket (in a WEEK!) and am going to start on a quilt for Dade's big boy bed. I've never quilted so this should be interesting.
I am all things sewing illiterate.
I never wear make-up. Maybe I will try one day.

We drove past Dairy Queen the other night, and I told Adam we needed to go and get one of the new Blizzards. But we had just eaten dinner and had fried ice cream. I think I need to make a stop today.

makeup is pointless in humidity as well. I'm not sure why I bother with the makeup for church when it's melted off by the time I get there and I spend the entire time sweating anyway because no one wants the a/c on in the Primary room! Ugggghhh!!!!!
