Behold, my latest sewing creation. The Family Camp Flag.

A little bit of a back story. Something we enjoy doing as a family (the whole fam-damily) is camping together. Something we aren't good at, is all arriving at the same time.

Long ago, we discussed coming up with a family flag, symbol, sign, pet, mascot...something...to say "We're Here. This is who we are. We're having fun".

I think this 3'x5' flag does just that! If nothing else, it'll look darn cute sitting at the edge of our campsite, for all to see.

What I'm Doing Here...

I blog for so many reasons. This started as your typical 'Mommy Blog' but quickly evolved into so much more. I blog to stay sane, document our days and to express myself.

I like to claim this as my little corner of the blogosphere. A safe place for me to share my story, my boys and their crazy antics, our adventures as a family and the odd occurrences of our household.

I'm grateful for all of you that support my ramblings -on a daily basis- and welcome those of you visiting for the first time. Its my hope that you come and sit a while; that we may have a chance to get to know each other.
