Okay, so Technically my little bloggy's birthday is not officially until May 2nd. Which is why we are kicking off this party early. Because for those of you that have been paying attention, we have been planning a Birthday Party, I mean a Meet and Greet.

We will be celebrating the birthday of my blog. The day I staked my claim on a little corner of the universe. The day I took my first dose of what would soon become an addiction. It amazes me how time seems to fly when you are having fun. We’ve laughed, we’ve cried, and I’ve told stupid stories.

Can't make it to the Meet and Greet? NO worries! Because in the days leading up to the big bash we will be celebrating. It will be like Birthday Party meets Groundhogs day. As a present to all my party guests...readers, not only am I going to continue with the stories... I’m going to dig through the archives and dust off those oldies, but goodies. For some, they will be new. For others it’s your chance to endure once more. Aren’t you feelin’ lucky?! Who needs pricey gifts and great swag when you can relive old stories told at An Eagles View!

I’ve tried to come up with other clever ways to celebrate. Thoughts of giveaways, story-telling and parties danced through my head. I’ve decided to forgo the giveaways. I know! Such Disappointment! But really, what could I possibly give that would match the endless ramblings and stories of embarrassment that I already share? Um…Nothing! My stories seem to be prize enough for many of you. They must be, because so many of you continue to come back.

And..as if I haven’t given enough of myself already, I’m willing to talk about whatever it is Y.O.U. want to talk about! Yup! After all, it’s because of you that I am still here! It’s true. I think I would have given up long ago if it wasn’t for those that leave their kind works in my comment box. Look for the post in the days to come inviting your questions, or topics. I will answer your questions. You want to know something about me, my world or the useless information I carry around? All you have to do is ask! You want me to post about something..anything..for no good reason? Try me! I’ve got nothing to lose. Seriously!!
