The Things We Will Do....As Parents
>> Saturday, March 28, 2009

As a young married adult, you would not have found me doing silly things like this. Nope! No way! I am much too quiet and reserved for those sorts of things. Something about childbirth strips you of your modesty and releases your inhibitions.

Somehow, when our kids want us to do something, we just melt and acquiesce. (Is that a word? Did I spell it wrong?) Anyway, that is a really sweet photo.
You are so right! I have done things I would never have imagined doing in a million years:)
You're absolutely right. My kids get me to do the wackiest things ever! Hey, it's probably so they can laugh at me!!! hmmmphh
These are the moments that are making memories that will last a lifetime:)
Reminds me of when I dragged my parents to rugrats on ice.
Yep, it's all so embarrassing. But for our kids... anything (almost!)
I have been there too! It makes good story telling!
yay for disney on ice. it is so magical for kids. it looks like you had a great time.
And it's a great feeling don't ya think. We do anything for our kids don't we.
Er hi! So I hear you like comment! (Not really, that's just the impression I'm getting).
Anyway, hope you enjoyed disney on ice - I bet you loved it a lot really!
And here I thought it was drinking that made parents wear winnie the pooh masks. Guess not!
Now that my kids are older, I do stuff like that all the time just to embarrass them, mostly to get even with them for all of those grocery store tantrums I got to deal with when they were toddlers.
Payback is sweet.
That's the best part of being a parent!!
So very true:0)
disney on ice... Mmmm!
Love the picture!!!
I left my modesty at the hospital too! Catherine would go bananas to see Disney on Ice! I bet it was a blast!
This is too precious! What we will do for the kiddos!
I totally agree with that last sentence; it's so true, for better or for worse.
That's a really cute picture!
I love that kids make us young again!!!
BTW- for some reason your blog isn't showing up on my blog roll again! Ughh...I have missed it. Tine to go fix things!
Love the photo of you and little cutie. Is that a smily face mask on your head? You look adorable!
