The Oddities That Make Me....Well, Me!

Oddity #1-Sometimes I buy the pre-made cookie dough, intended to be brought home and baked into cookies, with absolutely NO intention of baking it. I keep it around for eating, when I am in need of a sweet treat. My mother always told me that eating un-cooked cookie dough was not safe, but I take my chances anyways.
Oddity #2-Not that it is a secret, but I am so incredibly OCD, or as Kyle says CDO (<-OCD in alphabetical order, because I am just that neurotic) that at times it can be painful. The need to be in control and have everything in its place can be so overwhelming that the disruption of this balance can send me into a tailspin
Oddity #3-I have my very own set of coloring books and crayons. Unique to my personal taste and reminiscent of my childhood, the boys are not allowed to color in them. They have their own set of coloring books and crayons. The little girl in me will forever live on.
Oddity #4- I have a unique memory. I don't know if it falls under the definition of photographic, but my co-workers refer to it as "rain-man" like. I can't remember where I put my keys, or where I kicked my shoes off to save my life. But I can tell you what I was wearing the day I met my husband, or what we were both wearing on our first date. At work, we tag files and other things with a numerical designator and then store the files, or items in a warehouse like environment according to what the item is. If asked, I can typically tell you any given items numerical designator, where it is..down to the shelf it is sitting on, and the names or history related to that particular item. I don't sit and study the items, but if in passing I see it or its history the information just seems to stick with me.
Oddity #5- I am often misunderstood. Those that know me only as an acquaintance may mistake my quiet reserved nature as stuck up and stand-offish. What they don't realize is that I am just absorbing things, and if given the opportunity will open right up.
Oddity #6- I don't like to be breathed on. Period. There is nothing I despise more than someone letting out a sigh that brushes against my skin or makes my hair move. There is no whispering of sweet nothings in my ear, you breath on my skin, I might just go postal.
Oddity #7- I'm a gadget goober. Its inherited. I love technology and all the electronic devices that come with it, cell phones, Handhelds, iPods, you name it, I'm totally into it.
Oddity #8- I time myself when I brush my teeth. I have to spend exactly 1 minute 15 seconds brushing my bottom teeth followed by 1 minute on the top. I then spend exactly 35 seconds polishing it all over and brushing in general. What can I say? Did you read oddity #2, it explains a lot!
Oddity #9- Sometimes, being a single mother in the evening we have Ice Cream, Fruit Snacks and Gold Fish Crackers for dinner. Gasp. Not every night, just occasionally. Its a good thing I have oddity #8, all that ice cream can be hard on ones smile.
I could go on forever, as I am the the only unique me that will ever be! Its your turn, what makes you....you?

Oh my god that is funny! I didn't think I'd ever meet another grown adult who has their own set of crayons and coloring books! I love it! Now I can tell my hubster that I'm not crazy!
And it's great to finally meet the infamous blog stalker!
Yay!
