A recent conversation worth repeating (paraphrased and abridged) *Names Changed to protect the absent minded and the innocent*
Genie-"Hey David-can you fax this letter for me?"
David- "Sure, no problem"
Genie-"When that's done, will you be able to get that letter back? I'm going to need it again?"
Enter-that moment when you realize what you have just said and done...
David- "I will try, but it gets all crinkled and folded up after you put it in the fax machine and its sent away. But I will see what I can do!"
*In parting, I just want to say....Hey Genie, I sent you a fax this afternoon. When you get it, will you put it in an envelope and send it back to me? I'm going to need it again later.

That's funny! Senior moments like that happen to me a lot, probably too much.
Yup-and if you are not very careful the little pieces of paper get stuck in the wyeers
