This Laughs For You

Shortly after my 'Bathroom Cell Phone' experience, Kyle and I were traveling down Riverdale road. We pulled up to a red light, headed westbound and came to rest next to an older model Ford truck, carrying 4 teenage boys.
Not thinking much of it, when the light turned green, they jumped off the line. Leaving us in a cloud of black smoke. They were laughing and looking over their shoulders at us as the driver prepared to cut us off, and proceeded to make a right hand turn into a shopping complex.
Apparently the new concrete slab poured over Riverdale road doesn't provide near as much traction as it's asphalt predecessor. As the driver hit the brakes, his tires squealed and smoked and he missed his turn, slamming into a concrete and stucco sign for the shopping complex.
Such sweet justice! Its not often you have to deal with a careless driver and so quickly get gratification as they receive justice for their actions. As a side note, next time you decide to 'race' someone off the line, trying to beat them to the next turn, you may want to consider the following rules:
1. Is this person interested in racing?
2. Have I engaged them, and are they going to participate?
3. What's my dad going to do when I miss and either clip the car I am racing with, or hit that sign up ahead with his truck?
Here's to not only reckless drivers every where, and their childish antics, but to the 4 teenage boys last night that entertained us so brilliantly. Thanks for hitting the sign and not us. This laughs for you my friend!!
