Relaxation

No kids, No kids, and well..no kids. I think that is the true meaning of relaxation. Don't get me wrong, I adore my little monkey's. But we spent a night at the Armstrong Mansion in Salt Lake, and what a royal treat.

Our room was quiet, clean, and filled with some of the most fascinating antiques that I have seen in some time. (Besides my father of course, he is hands down, the greatest antique of all time). I couldn't resist touching all the intricate wood work and admire the details. Any door left open was an invitation to me..I think I poked my head in every room that was left with an open door, just to see what was inside.

The morning we left we were served a Yummy breakfast in the mansions dining room. It was hard to come home. We were both well over-due for a little getaway, and this was the perfect way to do it!

I think I have decided that staying at a Bed and Breakfast is the way to do it. Anymore, your typical B&B room has been given its own private bath, the days of sharing a common bath are no more. So you end up with a lavish room, a private bath, and all the comforts of a home, most of us cannot afford. So what if you end up eating breakfast in the dining room with 10 other people, who are also in their pajamas, it just adds to the excitement of the adventure!
