Alternate Post: When Will I Ever Learn?
2nd Alternate Post: Dear Me....
When a small child yells "YEEEEEE-HAW" from another room, it's wise to act quicker when investigating. You're little ones really were paying attention at that rodeo you attended 6+ months ago. When the cat won't be tamed, you can still rope and ride the office chair.
There is such thing as tooooo much deodorant. A small child will teach you this, if left unattended with any brand or scent of body armor.
No matter how many times you remind your child to 'Flush and Wash' it will fall on deaf ears, until that ONE moment when the throne is destined to overflow. At which time, he {she} will remember the words of his mother and actually FLUSH. Don't worry though, there truly is NO dignified way to clean up such gross matter.
A ball point pen, out of sight is not out of mind -in a small childs eye. They will retrieve it and use it. Although lovely, their artwork is difficult to remove from your dining room table. It would be wise to put the pen in a safer place -just a thought.
That's all for now...I'm sure there will be more lessons to learn!

9 Pepsi Points :
I know it will not bring comfort, but I still have most of these issues here at my house. (big sigh)
aaaah...
sweet, sweet kids!
have a great wkend!!!!
I have some of these issues with my husband.
Oh boy. We sure do learn a lot from our kids, don't we? Sigh.
I'm grinning from ear-to-ear...I've learned those lessons, too...the hard way! ;)
Happy Valentine's Day! :)
I'm afraid I've learned a few things like this too!
Oy vey yes it's true. Those little ones are perceptive and know when they can get away with such tricks. Haha. Love the post. I'm glad I'm not alone in this stuff.
I love that about the rodeo. I used to always tame the office chair.
Bwahahahahha! Soooo glad to be listening to the stories now and not living them!!
